1.4. You are responsible for any use of the Site under your user name and password whether you have authorized the use or not. You must therefore keep your user name and password secure. You are under an obligation to notify us immediately by e-mail at sales@nissiinfotech.com as soon as you think the security of your password has been compromised.

2. Privacy

We will respect any personal information provided by you and undertake to comply with all data protection legislation currently in force. Any personal information provided by you shall be subject to our Privacy Policy. We shall not disclose your registration details to any third party without your permission unless in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy

3. Our Obligations

6. Termination of Access
